Welcome to this guided meditation. The purpose of this guide is to help you reduce your anxiety, not think of your stress and worries. During our time together we will tap into your imagination to hopefully get you to a peaceful, positive state of mind and body. This journey is intended to help strengthen your imagination while practicing fun mindfulness exercises, as you visualize yourself on a dream ocean vacation. We will work together on centering your mind and body and leaving your worries behind you . This meditation guide will hopefully help you sleep better, keep you feeling grounded, centered, peaceful and entertained.
